Superfluity Thrift Shop celebrates 75 years in the Community

Thanks to our wonderful Community who turned out on Saturday, March 22 to celebrate with the Staff and Volunteers of the Peace Arch Hospital Auxiliary as White Rock Mayor, Megan Knight cut our Anniversary Cake along with Gordie Hogg.

The Peace Arch Hospital Auxiliary’s mission is to provide patient comfort at Peace Arch Hospital, raise money for medical equipment and contribute to capital projects on the campus. The Auxiliary operates the Hospital Gift Shop, Gift Cart and Superfluity Thrift Shop to help us reach our goals.

We would like to thank our community for supporting our fundraising efforts, including shopping at the Superfluity Thrift Shop and the Hospital Gift Shop. Over our history, we have been able to raise over 15 million to enhance the care and comfort of patients and residents of Peace Arch Hospital.

We are an organization that focuses on people. This means you don’t need to have disposable income to get involved! Apply today and you can be flexible in your giving. Donate a few hours at events near you, or show up every Wednesday at the Thrift Shop. There’s something for everyone!
